Terms and Conditions for Ar-TEX A/C and Heating

By accessing or using the Ar-TEX A/C and Heating website, or opting in to our SMS services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Ar-TEX provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to written agreements and service terms.

2. SMS Program Description

When you opt in to Ar-TEX’s SMS service, you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Service updates and alerts

• Occasional promotional offers or news

You can expect periodic messages based on your service history or account status.

3. How to Opt-Out or Get Support

• To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time.

• For help with SMS services, reply HELP or contact us at sales@artexac.com or 512-351-3995.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Ar-TEX A/C and Heating is not responsible for any additional charges from your carrier.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restrictions

By using our services, including SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Website Use

Use of our website is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use of website materials is prohibited.

9. Maintenance Plan Cancellation Terms

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice of cancellation, delivered either by mail or email. If the Agreement is cancelled prior to completion of the initial twelve (12) month term, any prorated discounts previously applied will be forfeited, and the difference will be invoiced as a final payment.
